The Mynock is a silicon-based organism, one of the few species that can live in the vacuum of space. They resemble bats. They feed off electrical energy, and often attracted to starships. The energy is absorbed through a large sucker-like mouth. Mynocks are a food source for space slugs, and swarms of mynocks can be found alive flying around a Space Slug's interior, due to the latter's extremly slow digestion. They commonly travel in large packs.
