The Acklay is a 3.05m tall six-legged predatory creature native to the planet Vendaxa. It is similar in stance to a praying mantis, but with a head full of sharp teeth, and a body of a clawed crustacean. One of these beasts is seen in the Geonosian execution arena attempting to kill Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi.
